2008 MBA Research Day

Ten Business Students in 2008 Who's Who

In April 2008, ten Mesa State Department of Business students were inducted into the ranks of Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities. They are Ronald B. Turner, Jr., Amanda Nesbit, Michelle Moats, Jefferson Lee, Kahli Fowler, Katherine Farmer, Jill Dykes, Travis Dove, Mitchell L. DeCrow, and Adam Davenport.

Deb Parman Named Outanding PBL Advisor in Colorado

At the Colorado State Phi Beta Lambda conference, Mesa State College instructor Deb Parman was selected by her peers as the outstanding PBL faculty advisor for 2008.

CIS Team Takes 2nd in National Web Design Contest

Computer Information Systems students Bill Jackson and Loren Gabriel, teamed to create a web site that won second place in the National Collegiate Conference of the Association of Information Technology Professionals.

Chuck Smith Earns Top Ten Finish

Computer Information Systems student Charles Smith placed in the top ten in the research paper competition at the 2008 National Collegiate Conference of the Association of Information Technology Professionals.

Dr. Snyder Best in Nation!

Computer Information Systems Professor Johnny Snyder won the coveted Extra Mile Award at the 2008 National Collegiate Conference of the Association of Information Technology Professionals. The Extra Mile Award goes annually to the outstanding advisor of an AITP chapter. Snyder advises the Mesa State AITP club.
